Budgets, Reports & Elections - VRC Annual General Meeting

On the evening of May 6th, 2010, members of Victoria Racquet Club attended the Annual General Meeting. At the meeting the budget for the 2010 / 11 season was approved by the membership, reports from Executive Committees were presented, and new members were elected to the Executive team.
Returning Executive Members are, Mike Burkmar, Dave Dakers, Mike Gamble, Wayne Hopkins, Susan MacKenzie, Shawn Strandberg, John Tinker and Ron Walchuk. Welcome to New Executive members, Dave Haydar and Jack Walkey. Big thanks to all that put their names forward for nominations;
Special thank you to Jennifer Fraser and Sean Ireton for all of their work on the Executive this past year! Their experience and dedication to VRC will missed at the Executive level but will certainly be called upon in the new season.
The new Executive will be meeting soon to continue planning the 2010 / 11 season, including the establishment of various committees that can use your assistance. Watch for committee opportunities and volunteer!
