All refund requests must be in writing and delivered to either the VRC Registrar or VRC Treasurer.

Application for refund prior to March 31, 2013
Any refund requests received by Victoria Racquet Club Minor Hockey Association on or before March 31, 2013 will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable application deposit. Where VRCMHA is unable to provide a position on a VRCMHA team, all registration fees paid to date, including the non-refundable deposit will be returned.
 
Application for refund April 1 - August 31, 2013
Refund applications made on or after April 1, 2013, and prior to or on August 31, 2013 will result in a refund of one half of the amount remaining after deducting the initial non-refundable application deposit and $100 administrative fee from the fees paid to date.

Application for refund after August 31, 2013
No application for a refund of fees by a player will be accepted after August 31, 2013 except where there are extenuating circumstances as determined and approved by the Executive Committee of VRCMHA.

Refund application for Midget Players making a higher level of hockey.
Any Midget player making a higher level of hockey (i.e., Major Midget, Major Jr., Jr. A or Jr. B) will receive a full refund upon a written request to the association treasurer on or before August 20th of each year.
