2024/25 Season Coaches
Ongoing intake at the discretion of the association through to September 30th, 2024.
Registration
Registration for the 2024/25 season will open on MARCH 1st, 2024.
Players residing in the District of Saanich or City of Victoria are eligible to play for VRC. Please contact our Registrar for more information.
Payment Options
Registration may be paid in full or by installment plan available until June 30th. After this date please contact us.
Goaltenders
50% rate reduction at checkout against base registration.
Base Registration
Rates for 2024/25 are as follows:
U7 | 2020-2018 | $700
U9 | 2017-2016 | $1,500
U11 | 2015-2014 | $2,175
U13 | 2013-2012 | $2,640
U15 | 2011-2010 | $2,825
Early Bird Registration
Register by March 31st to receive a reduced registration fee. Registration for new players will open April 1st .
Team Fees
Team fees at every level are in addition to registration fees and can include items like branded clothing, tournaments, referees, coaching staff, professional development sessions such as skating and skills, transportation, additional team ice, etc.
Late Registration
June 1st rates increase by $150 in all divisions except U7 which has an increase of $50.
Coaching
All members in good standing wishing to be on the bench or ice for the 2024/25 season must apply to confirm intent, commitment level and certifications each season. General application forms will open with registration on March 1st, 2024.
Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders (active for 5 years) and a criminal record check (access code T65JZ33N6A - valid for 5 years), and CATT is required for all coaches.
Coaching courses required by division are listed by BC Hockey with specific course registration offerings found on eHockey.
VRCMHA expects all coaches to follow the code of ethics and code of conduct as outlined in section 3 of the VIAHA policy manual.
Respect in Sport
RIS for Parents
Every minor hockey family in the province is required to have at least one member hold a valid Respect in Sport certification.
