Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Wednesday, May 15th at 7:00pm at the Victoria Golf Club. All registered members for the 2025-26 season, in good standing (includes those members up to date with installment payments), please email your intention to attend the meeting. This is a great opportunity for you to get involved in shaping the future of our club and to have your voice heard. To express your interest in attending the meeting and/ or joining the board, please email vrcmhapresident@gmail.com by Wednesday, May 15th at 5:00 pm.

There will be a mix and mingle portion of the meeting starting at 7, with food and beverages available. Meeting will start at 8.
