The virtual VRCMHA AGM is scheduled for Thursday, May 13th, 2021, at 7:30pm via Zoom as per current public health orders.

We ask that registered members for the 2021-22 season, in good standing (includes those members up to date with installment payments), planning to attend the AGM sign-up in advance using this link:

For those with more than one VRC player, you may register both parents provided they login on separate devices. All other members may only register once.

Registration for the AGM closes at 5pm on May 13th, 2021.

Five positions open each year for election. Nominations can be submitted by email. For the consideration of members new to the club, a description of the various roles is attached.

The VRCMHA Executive Committee contributes significant volunteer energy to provide delivery of the VRCMHA mission. Our goal is to solicit candidates committed to actively participating towards the success of our organization. All potential nominees are asked to reflect on their ability to meet the time requirements. If you would like more information, reach out by email.

Additionally, VRCMHA is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome volunteers from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Having a team successfully share different points of view drives improved decisions alongside forward-thinking ideas for our families and players.
